
Student Assistant - Content Creator
Are you passionate about storytelling, social media and creative content?
At BHJ A/S, we are looking for a curious and proactive student assistant to help create engaging content and strengthen our digital presence. You will combine creative ideas with practical experience and contribute to shaping our communication across multiple platforms.
Primary tasks
As a part of the Communications department, you will play a key role in building our employer brand by sharing stories and fostering engagement with employees, candidates, and partners. This role offers the opportunity to combine creative ideas with practical experience and to help shape our communication across multiple platforms.
Your primary task will be to create content for printed marketing materials, the company website, and social media channels.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:
- scheduling and publishing content on social media, primarily LinkedIn and occasionally Facebook
- producing short videos that capture attention and tell compelling stories
- supporting campaigns and initiatives related to employer branding and recruitment
- contributing ideas for new formats, tone of voice, and social media trends
- tracking and analyzing social media performance using tools such as LinkedIn Analytics and Meta Business Suite, to optimize engagement and reach
Personal profile
We imagine that you are currently pursuing a relevant higher education program, such as Communication, Journalism, or Marketing.
Ideally, you:
- are eager to participate in projects and contribute to professional storytelling and content creation
- are curious about social media trends and know how to engage with various audiences
- have experience using AI tools to enhance content creation and social media performance
- have excellent written communication skills, both in Danish and English
- work in a structured way, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic environment that includes both routine tasks and ad hoc assignments
