Student Assistant - HR

At BHJ/Essentia Protein Solutions we’re looking for a student assistant who’s passionate about people, systems, and development – and who’s eager to contribute to the continuous development of the HR department.
Primary tasks
You’ll become part of a dedicated HR team, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with both day-to-day HR tasks and development projects that strengthen our digital workflows and employee experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
- administrative tasks and data maintenance in HR systems
- supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee communication
- helping to digitalize and optimize HR processes
- analyzing and visualizing HR data
- assisting with projects and events that support our culture and strategy
Personal profile
We imagine about you are currently studying at a university or similar higher education program – for example within HR, communication, IT, data, or organizational studies.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- are interested in HR and enjoy working with both people and systems
- are structured, curious, and take initiative
- are a superuser in Excel and comfortable working with data
- are interested in (or already familiar with) tools like Power BI and curious about how AI can support HR tasks and processes
- are trustworthy and know how to handle confidential information.
- communicate clearly – in both Danish and English
